Teenna Louise (Phillipi) Bline, 64, of Greenup, passed away at 4:22 pm on Friday May 10, 2024, at Ridgeview Nursing and Rehab in Oblong, IL.
A memorial service will be held at 11:30 am on Tuesday May 21, 2024, at The Word of Life Church located at 10369 N 230th St. in Casey, IL. A memorial visitation will also be on Tuesday May 21, 2024, at The Word of Life Church from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. The final resting place will be in the Ruffner Cemetery in Rural Casey at a later date. The Barkley Funeral Chapel in Greenup is assisting the family with arrangements.
Teenna was born Saturday, July 18, 1959, in Charleston, IL to Carrie Evelyn (Alumbaugh) Phillipi and William L. "Bill" Phillipi, at the Charleston Community Memorial Hospital in Charleston, IL. She was the sixth of ten children. She married Charles Edward "Chuck" Bline, Jr on December 25, 1978, and together had two children. Survivors include: two children Corey Edward Bline (Glenda), Woodstock, GA and Heather Renee Bline Witt (Jim)
